WHAT HAPPENS?

A typical Sunday gathering will often look something like:

• being welcomed and sharing any important news

• making space for people to share stories of where they’ve seen God at work in their week

• worship; this normally looks like singing together which is a way of giving thanks to God

• a time of listening to someone share from the Bible where they explain and apply what is read to our everyday lives

• opportunity, if wanted, to pray for one another and/or time praying for our neighbourhood

• after the gathering we hang out as a big extended family, catching up on life over a brew (refreshments are provided)

Our time together normally ends around 12 midday.

KIDS AND YOUTH

Kids: Kids are an incredibly valuable part of our times together. Our Sunday Kids group (3-7yr olds) meets during the Morning Gathering on the first Sunday of each month. During all the other Sunday Gatherings of the month we provide simple activity packs aimed at kids aged 2-6yrs old and 7-11yrs old (renewed weekly) which we encourage parents to utilise with their children during the quieter parts of our gatherings. We usually have a downstairs space available with a live video-feed of the main gathering for parents to take restless little ones who need a bit of space during the quieter moments.

Youth: Our young people stay in the main gatherings. DNA, our youth gathering, meets at 6-7:30pm at The Message Hub on every other Thursday. Send us a message via the contact page to find out more.

OUT & ABOUT - EVERY FOURTH SUNDAY OF THE MONTH

Every fourth Sunday of the month we meet out in the local community; in local cafes & pubs, prayer walking the streets, handing out free tea & coffees, etc.

We don’t simply want ‘do church’ hidden away in secret, but rather ‘be the church’ out and about within the local neighbourhood.

Each group meets at the usual time of 10am.

Groups and locations are always published the Sunday before.
